~BRUSH STROKE FRAME~

1. Open the image you are going to use and shift D to duplicate, close the original.

2. Resize now if you are going to and sharpen.

3. Choose your flood fill tool and set your styles and textures to paintbrush.

4. Set your foreground and background colors by selecting them from your graphic. (I chose #7A90C4, a blue, as my background: and #D3E4B7, a green,as my foreground.

5. Go to Image/Add Borders/Symmetric 10.

6. Choose your Magic Wand with the following settings. Match Mode =RGB, Tolerence =0, Feather =10.. and click on your border to select it.

7. Go to Effects/Artistic Effects/Brush Strokes . Use the following settings.. Length=15, Density=100, Bristles=15, Width=12, Opacity=34, Softness=0, Angle=309, Color=black.

8. Go to Effects/3D Effects/DropShadow and use the following settings. Vertical= 2, Horizontal= 2, Opacity= 34, Blur= 4.9, Color=black. Apply it again only change your Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

9. Selections/Select None.

10. Go to the top of your color pallette and click on the arrow to toggle your foreground and background colors.

11. Go to Image/Add Borders/Symmetric 15.

12. Choose your Magic Wand with the following settings. Match Mode =RGB, Tolerence =0, Feather =0.. and click on your border to select it.

13. Go to Effects/Artistic Effects/Brush Strokes . Use the following settings.. Length=15, Density=100, Bristles=15, Width=12, Opacity=34, Softness=0, Angle=309, Color=black.

14. Selections/Select None

15. Go to the top of your color pallette and click on the arrow to toggle your foreground and background colors again.

16. Image/AddBorders/Symmetric 10.

17. Choose your Magic Wand with the following settings. Match Mode =RGB, Tolerence =0, Feather =5.. and click on your border to select it.

18. Go to Effects/Artistic Effects/Brush Strokes . Use the following settings.. Length=15, Density=100, Bristles=15, Width=12, Opacity=34, Softness=0, Angle=309, Color=black.

19. Go to Effects/3D Effects/DropShadow and use the following settings. Vertical= 2, Horizontal= 2, Opacity= 34, Blur= 4.9, Color=black. Apply it again only change your Vertical and Horizontal to -2.

20. Selections/Select None.

21. Now save it....All Done!!!
